Signed E-deal with the Municipality of Delft

Oct 17th 2018

Together with the Mayor of Delft, Marja van Bijsterveldt, PHYSEE signed the 17th Delft e-deal, promising to continue our sustainable efforts in this city. Signing this deal signifies the understanding of energy saving importance and the overall objectives of the municipality. For PHYSEE it is in our DNA to reduce our carbon footprint. Alongside our mission of achieving energy neutral buildings, we are thrilled to play our role in achieving an energy neutral Delft by 2050.   PHYSEE signs Delft E-Deal In order to do so, Delft aims to solely use energy from the sun, wind, biomass and geothermal for the transportation and building sectors. However, these goals are only attainable if sector-coupling with sustainable innovation takes place. This necessitates industries, companies and organisations to support each other in all aspects of this transformation. The municipality has encouraged companies like ours to join the mission, in order to expand the impact on emission output.   PHYSEE signs Delft E-Deal   Happy Delft = Happy PHYSEE.

PHYSEE is now B Corp certified

Sep 14th 2017

PHYSEE B Corp   After passing the necessary B Lab assessments, PHYSEE has been officially recognised as a B Corporation. B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Today, there is a growing community of more than 2,700 Certified B Corps from 60 countries and over 150 industries working together towards one unifying goal: doing business as a force for good in order to redefine success. This holds significant value to us as a company as it is worth more than a recognition of how sustainable our products are. The B Crop Certification is "the only certification that measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance." We agree that it doesn't start with the product and end with the profit. Our team matters, our buildings matter, our partners matter and our impact matters. The real estate industry needs to continue innovating, but with a larger balance of profit and sustainable value. The users of tomorrow's buildings and the generations to come should be the focus of product development in today's innovation. How we are designing, developing, building and being matters. This is how long-term value and profits will be reached in a world that demands more than modern buildings and communities.
